The name Il Giardino Armonico, “the garden of harmony,” hints at the sensual delight and refined beauty that awaits audiences of this early-music ensemble. Under the leadership of co-founder Giovanni Antonini, the group makes its Pierre Boulez Saal debut with a program of music by Venetian masters Vivaldi, Albinoni, and Gabrieli, as well as lesser known works by Giovanni Bassano, Dario Castello, and Giovanni Legrenzi.
