Following the Night of the Clarinets and the Night of the Oboes in seasons past, the horn takes center stage this time in an unsual program full of musical discoveries. Radek Baborák and 12 fellow horn players perform original compositions and arrangements from four centuries.
In addition to the concert program, the Mozart Auditorium will be open from 2pm for the following events:
• 2pm -5pm „Horn Exhibition“ – Free admission
• 5pm – open end: „Horn Studio“ by Dietmar Dürk – Free admission with concert ticket
• 5pm - 5:15pm: Lecture by Dietmar Dürk about horn making
• During intermission: Lecture by Dietmar Dürk about horn making and the history of the horn
