Karim Said at the Pierre Boulez Saal
Young Palestinian-Jordanian pianist Karim Said has already been heard at the Pierre Boulez Saal as a member of the Boulez Ensemble. Now he makes his solo debut with a program encompassing four eras of music history. Beginning with English Renaissance composer William Byrd, the wide stylistic range also includes Classical and Romantic works as well as compositions by Schoenberg and one of his students, Nikos Skalkottas, the preeminent Greek composer of the first half of the 20th century.

The concert is supported by The Abu Dhabi Festival.
