- You may print the certificate or collect it from the box office in a gift envelope. As part of our holiday promotion, we will also mail it to you free of charge if you make your purchase by January 5, 2025.
- Upon request, we will enclose a season brochure listing all concerts for 2024–25.

- In the final step before payment, enter your certificate number, which can be found on the bottom left of the certificate.

- Gift certificates are valid for all Pierre Boulez Saal events, not for guest performances.
- Gift certificates are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
- Certificates will not be refunded or paid out in cash. They cannot be applied toward existing orders or used to purchase further gift certificates.
- Lost or stolen gift certificates will be replaced with the remaining balance upon presentation of proof of purchase.
