Updates on ticket releases
If you see the message “A limited number of tickets may become available at a later date” on one of our event pages, it is likely that additional tickets that have previously been held will go on sale. The 21st of the month before an event is a good time to check either in our online shop or at the call center. In addition, there is often a good chance that tickets may become available in the last three days before a concert.
Please be aware that for some concerts there may be no late ticket releases.
Ticket Policies
Terms and conditions for buying a ticket
In principle, tickets cannot be exchanged or returned after they have been purchased (see exceptions in our Terms & Conditions).
Registered regular guests have the option of exchanging tickets within the specified periods.
There is no compensation for unused tickets.
Reserved tickets will be held until the confirmed date, no later than three days before the concerts. Any unpaid tickets will be released automatically.
Tickets booked three days or less before the event must be paid immediately.
Paid tickets that have not been delivered or collected online may be picked up at the box office one hour before the start of the concert.
A delayed beginning as well as changes in casting or program do not entitle customers to any refund unless the change is significant.
The interruption of an event for reasons that are not within the responsibility of the Pierre Boulez Saal only constitutes a claim for refunding of the ticket price if the interruption occurs in the first half of the concert.
We reserve the right to cancel any concert in case of force majeure.
Once a concert has started, you will be (re-)admitted only at a suitable time and may be placed in a seat other than the one purchased. If no late seating is possible, there will be no compensation.
If necessary, anyone disturbing an event may be expelled from the hall.
You may only sit in a seat for which you hold a valid ticket. This also applies if other seats remain vacant.
Video or sound recordings and the use of cell phones are strictly prohibited.
For security reasons, you are not allowed to take large pieces of luggage into the concert hall.
