Regular Customers
Advantages for our regular customers
Regular Pierre Boulez Saal customers may exchange or return tickets up to three days prior to a concert.
Customers purchasing tickets for three or more concerts per season online or on the phone will automatically be registered as regular customers. (Applies only to concerts of the Pierre Boulez Saal, not guest performances.)
Guests Under 30
ClassicCard and other offers
CLASSIC CARD The ClassicCard is aimed at young classical music fans. As of now, young visitors aged 14 to 29 holding a ClassicCard membership may purchase discounted tickets for most Pierre Boulez Saal concerts. For details, visit our section Guests Under 30.
KULTURPASS The KulturPass is an offer from the Federal Government for all those who turn 18 in 2024 (born in 2006) and live in Germany.

Families
€10 tickets for visitors under 14 years old
Discounted tickets for €10 are available for all regular concerts for children under the age of 14.
This offer is valid for events presented by the Pierre Boulez Saal (not for other presenters) in all price categories, subject to availability, and for a maximum of three young visitors accompanied by an adult.
Tickets for children and young adults are non-transferable. Valid photo ID must be presented.
Visitors with Disabilities
If a companion is required
Visitors with disabilities entitled to bringing a companion will receive a 50 % discount on the regular price for two tickets.*
To book wheelchair-accessible seating, other seats for visitors with disabilities, or companion seats, please contact us directly. All wheelchair seats are accessible by elevator. Need assistance during your visit to safely get to and from your seat? Our front-of-house staff will be happy to help you if you let us know in advance.
*Tickets for visitors with disabilities are not transferable. Please present an ID (Schwerbehindertenausweis) at the box office.
All visitors, including patrons using a wheelchair, will enter the Pierre Boulez Saal through the main entrance. Tickets will be checked at the hall doors. In order to make access as easy as possible, we kindly ask that you inform us of your requirements when booking your tickets. Restrooms for visitors with disabilities are located in the basement and on the balcony level and are accessible by elevator.
Four parking spaces for visitors with disabilities are available on the street Hinter der Katholischen Kirche.
Berlin Pass (Proof of eligibility)
Special rates
Holders of the new Berechtigungsnachweis (Berlin Pass as of May 2023) may purchase tickets for €3 at the box office 30 minutes before the start of a concert, subject to availability*.
* Discounted tickets are non-transferable. Please present photo ID (or disability card, or proof of elegibility) at the door.
