Regular Pierre Boulez Saal customers may exchange or return tickets up to three days prior to a concert. Customers purchasing tickets for three or more concerts per season online, at the box office, or on the phone will automatically be registered as regular customers. (Applies to Pierre Boulez Saal events only, not guest performances.)
CLASSIC CARD
The ClassicCard is aimed at young classical music fans. As of now, young visitors aged 14 to 29 holding a ClassicCard membership may purchase discounted tickets for most Pierre Boulez Saal concerts. For details, visit our section Guests Under 30.
Discounted tickets for €10 are available for all regular concerts for children under the age of 14.
This offer is valid for events presented by the Pierre Boulez Saal (not for other presenters) in all price categories, subject to availability, and for a maximum of three young visitors accompanied by an adult.
Visitors with disabilities who are entitled to bring a companion will receive a 50 % discount on the regular price for two tickets. Discounted tickets are non-transferable. Please present photo ID (or disability card) at the door.
To book wheelchair-accessible seating, other seats for visitors with disabilities, or companion seats, please contact us directly. All wheelchair seats are accessible by elevator. If you need assistance during your visit to safely get to and from your seat, our front-of-house staff will be happy to help you—please just let us know in advance.

All visitors, including patrons using a wheelchair, will enter the Pierre Boulez Saal through the main entrance. Tickets will be checked at the hall doors.
In order to allow for easy access, we kindly ask that you inform us of your requirements when booking your tickets. Restrooms for visitors with disabilities are located in the basement and on the balcony level and are accessible by elevator.
Four parking spaces for visitors with disabilities are available on the street Hinter der Katholischen Kirche.
Holders of a Berechtigungsnachweis may purchase tickets for €3 at the box office 30 minutes before the start of a concert, subject to availability. Discounted tickets are non-transferable. Please present photo ID at the door.
