Why does live music move, inspire, and touch us? This is one of the questions the project “Experimental Concert Research,” supervised by the Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen, has been asking. As part of the research, the internationally acclaimed chamber music ensemble led by Alban Gerhardt and the young Yubal Ensemble on successive nights perform the same program of string quintets by Beethoven, Brahms, and Brett Dean.
