Soprano Mojca Erdmann, equally at home in the Classical and Romantic repertoire and in contemporary music, presents the season’s first Schubert recital, which continues the multi-year project of performing the composer’s complete songs. The program includes works from all phases of Schubert’s short life—from the 14-year-old’s very first song, Hagars Klage, to the famous “Ave Maria,” written three years before his death.

Wolfram Rieger will be the pianist in this recital, replacing Malcolm Martineau, who had to withdraw for personal reasons.

Approximate running time: 1h 30m with one intermission
