With their traditional open-air concert at the Waldbühne Berlin, Daniel Barenboim and the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra this year embark on a musical trip to Spain. They are joined for the first time by pianist Lang Lang, who takes on the virtuoso solo part in de Falla’s Nights in the Gardens of Spain. Likewise, Debussy’s Ibéria and Ravel’s Rapsodie espagnole evoke the mood of a Mediterranean summer night, with the latter’s immortal Boléro closing the program.Tickets can still be purchased online through our sales partner eventim.de.
